What we collect, and what we do with it.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist we collect your email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your event — the occasion, the date, and the part of Miami Beach you are in. If you sign in with Google we receive your email address and name from Google; we do not receive your Google password and we cannot act on your Google account.
If you apply as a pro we also collect your Florida licence number, your service lines, and the portfolio or social handle you send us.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use third-party analytics on this site, and we do not sell or rent anything about you to anyone.
Why we collect it
- To tell you when bookings open, and to honour founder pricing.
- To work out whether we can serve your event — the pilot covers one zone.
- For pro applications, to verify a licence before anyone takes a booking.
Who else touches it
Two companies process data on our behalf. Supabase stores your account and waitlist record. Vercel serves this website. Both act on our instructions. We will add any further processor to this list before it starts handling your data.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the pilot ends and we have no reason to keep it — whichever comes first.
Your choices
Email hello@getongsquad.com and ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it, and we will not make you explain why. Deleting your record also cancels your founder pricing, because the record is what proves it.
Security
Your record is protected by row-level security, which means our database will only return your row to you when you are signed in. Sign-in is by a one-time email link or Google — there is no password for anyone to steal, including us.
Children
This service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect anything about anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and if the change is material we will email people on the waitlist rather than quietly editing the page.
