How the work arrives

You open a window. We fill it.

You tell us the three-hour blocks you want to work and the zone you want to work in. We cluster bookings into those blocks so you are not crossing the island for one low-ticket job.

    Three-hour blocks, in one zone, on the days you choose. Nothing is assigned to you outside them.

  2. We cluster the bookings

    We aim for two to four jobs inside a window, within a short walk or drive of each other.

  3. You get paid for the travel

    Every visit carries the $8 travel fee, and it is yours. Moving between jobs is not free work.

How you are treated

The part most platforms leave vague.

  • Be rated only on your own work, not a co-pro's.Your rating reflects your service. Nobody else's lateness lands on you.
  • Avoid a subjective complaint reducing your bookings without review.Any rating under 4 can be contested with a note. It does not affect your dispatch until a person has read it, within 72 hours.
  • Avoid account suspension without a stated reason and a hearing.No account is closed without a written reason, the evidence, and 72 hours to respond. Permanent removal needs a second reviewer.
  • Resolve pay, scheduling or client disputes with support quickly.A named coordinator for your zone, reachable during your windows. Pay disputes resolved within five business days.

What pros ask first

Do I have to commit to fixed blocks?

You choose which blocks to open and you can open none in a given week. What you get in exchange for opening one is clustering — we only fill a window with jobs that sit near each other, which is the whole point of the block.

A client rates me three stars and I disagree. Then what?

You contest it with a note. It stops affecting your dispatch immediately, and a person — not a score — reads it within 72 hours. You are never rated on a co-pro's work.

What happens if you decide to deactivate me?

You get a written reason and the evidence it is based on, and 72 hours to respond before anything is final. Any permanent removal is reviewed by a second person. We think the reason most platforms won't write this down is that they don't want to be held to it.

The client's booking was free because I was late. Do I still get paid?

Yes, in full. The arrival guarantee is ours, not yours — we pay it out of our side. Traffic, a client who isn't ready, a booking we routed badly: none of that should come out of your day.

Why would I leave the platform that already fills my calendar?

Volume is a fair reason to stay, and we won't pretend otherwise at the start — we are one zone with a small roster. What we can say is what you keep per job, and that you can try one window without giving anything up.

What do I need to start?

A current Florida licence, your own kit, and work you can show us. Certification is one two-hour session, and we pay for the background check.
